There is no minimum order quantity for Corporate Gifting. 

Neither is there a minimum spend. We can cater for all budgets.

We can send your Happy Boxes directly to your staff addresses, to the office or wherever you would like them to be sent to.

We have many 'Ready To Go' letterbox gifts which are Vegan and we have many products on our 'Build A Boxx' function which will allow you to create your very own Vegan Letterbox gift.

We have many products which are suitable for a Halal diet. Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans which means they do not contain any animal products.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours so should you wish to make any changes we advise these are requested within 24 hours. Such as shipping address change, product swaps, adding a gift message or refund request.

 

If you have received a dispatch email then unfortunately we cannot make any changes or process a refund as the order has left our premises.

Our Build A Box feature allows you to choose the products to make your own gift box in 4 easy steps.

Firstly you must choose the size of the box. Depending on the size you may choose 5, 8 or 11 products. 

For the second step you can select the products you would like to include in your gift box from our virtual stock room.

On the third step you may choose a positive card and a greeting card.

Finally for the fourth step you can enter a gift message which we will hand write to add that personal touch. 

All that's left now is to checkout and leave the delivery details of the intended recipient!

If your order has not arrived please get in contact with us and we can advise on the next steps.

Please note that you must contact us within 28 days of placing your order otherwise we cannot help with loss of parcel. 

You will receive a 20% discount code once you complete the Happy Boxx Club sign up form which pops up on our home page. Once you have signed up you will receive a welcome email with the discount code. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox.

 

You will be able to add your discount code at checkout and the discount will automatically be applied.

For whatever reason, if you have changed your mind, we will be more than happy to process a refund as long as it is within 28 days of receiving your order. Your order must be returned to us within 28 days. The cost of shipping the product back will be your responsibility.

 

The product must be in its original packaging and unused. 

 

Refunds can take upto 10 working days from the point we process your refund.
